That's how I'm feeling about weight loss lately.  I missed two meetings in a row, so when I weighed in Wednesday morning I was unsurprised to see a slight gain.

Upset, but unsurprised.

On the fitness front, I feel great.  I'm taking classes at the gym, running, biking, and all around feeling good.

I know I can knock that gain out of the way in a week, but that's not really the point.  The scale's just not moving.

I've been bouncing around the same 10 pounds for months now.  At least I'm not gaining?

I don't understand why this is so hard.

And that's how I feel about that.
