Top of the morning!

Remember how I bought all those greens yesterday?

Well, the head of cabbage became a featured item in our vegetarian St. Patrick's Day dinner last night. 

(Blanched, Shocked, and Swished in oil, just as promised)

Along with the cabbage, we had a hash, made up of:
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 lb yellow potatoes
  • 4 tofurkey sausages
  • 2 red bell peppers

And it isn't St. Patrick's Day with Stout.  Even if your darling husband accidentally bought Scottish Stout because that's what was on sale at Trader Joe's.
